SACRED SITES

When traveling to various regions, traversing mountains, crossing rivers, visiting temples and monasteries, the excitement and wonder of the sights and sounds of God’s creation remains within. A click of the camera freezes that moment in time, creating an array of ‘wonder-full’ memories.

An inner desire to explore the mysteries of the Universe eventually created the opportunity to undertake a journey to mount Kailash and lake Manasarovar in Tibet. The experience was exhilarating.

Another trek to the mountains, wherein lie the Great Lakes of Kashmir, revealed the wondrous facets of Divine creation.

Thereafter, along with my friend, a professional photographer, the journey continued, traversing the length and breadth of India, visiting the very many sacred sites in their myriad forms and photographing.

It has been and continues to be a joyous experience. Perhaps the photographs do some justice in capturing the beauty of the DIVINE IN ALL.
